It is always nice when we get a chance to serve our community. And Sebring Meals on Wheels is looking for volunteer drivers to serve the Lake Placid area. Meals on Wheels is an organization that delivers meals to those who are home bound or do not have means of transportation to get grocery shopping for themselves. It is also a really nice way to give company to those who may not have any other interaction throughout the day.

I recently posted an article about volunteer oppourtunities in Highlands County, which you can find here https://www.sebring.com/?p=article&v=59, and that gives you a little bit more information about what Meals on Wheels actually does for the community!

All of the contact information is available on the flyer down below and in the article that is linked above, so if you are interested make sure you give them a call. Your help is always appreciated!
